Jim came to my rescue!  I got locked out of my apartment on a Sunday afternoon (right at the beginning of a Packer game).  My landlord was not answering and I was stuck outside.  After calling Serenity, he was there within 10 minutes.  Although the lock wasn't an easy fix, he did everything he could to get in and finally prevailed.  It was a lot of work!  He also put a new doorknob on for me and recut my key so that I had one key for both my locks PLUS made me a spare: all for the original price he quoted me, nothing was extra, and it was still less than what my landlord would have charged me!  Great customer service.
